The MSU career plan consists of four levels within the career path of a consultant. Depending on the technical and industrial know-how, entrants from other industrial and commercial disciplines may be able to skip certain levels. MSU is looking for entrepreneurs. Our employees are required to assume responsibilities quickly, for both customers and projects.

In the past years, MSU was able to optimize the mix of university graduates and employees with several years of industrial experience.

Consultant 1.5 to 2 years

Management consultant 1.5 to 2 years

Senior management consultant 1.5 to 2 years

Director Consulting 1.5 to 2 years

Partnership is the highest level of independent and self-determined professional activity after the development levels of management consultant up to senior (management) consultant. Our employees are carefully prepared for the tasks as managing partner through job enrichment.
