Change Management
Within the scope of the MSU approach, the individual employee is the focus of every change process. Our extensive project experience shows: Change management must be handled directly and personally by the direct superior, where the behavior with respect to the daily implementation will decide on the degree of acceptance by the employees.
The simple and clear communication of the required change and the illustration of the corresponding benefits and facts are key. Our approach is based on the persuasion by means of concrete measures in an early project phase, thus speeding up the implementation and securing the long-term success:
- Communication of simple facts and concrete measures („What is being done now?“) as opposed to visions, values, etc.
- Implementation as opposed to mere communication through media such as events, print, internet / intranet
- Living the new vision as opposed to simply communicating it
- Making targets and results visible based on identifying figures and integrating measures into existing (target) systems
- Basing the changes on the strengths and weaknesses of the individual teams
