Directions to MSU Hamburg

Directions from the Hamburg airport

Use the shuttle bus to the train station and continue by taxi or S-train to Dammtor; then take by bus line 109 to Alsterchaussee. Use the car to drive from the airport toward the center, turn right into Alsterkrugchaussee at the traffic light, continue straight through the „round-about“ and into Harvestehuder Weg. Follow the road along the Alster river and turn into Milchstraße. At the end of Milchstraße turn right onto Mittelweg.

By train / subway

From the main station take subway line 1 to the Hallerstraße stop. Walk along Hallerstraße to Mittelweg (an approximately 5 minute walk).

By car

Via highway A1 from Bremen, Hannover, Cologne and Bielefeld:
Take highway A1 to junction Hamburg South, take highway A255 toward the center, follow the road toward the main station and then toward CCH/train station Dammtor and turn right into Dammtordamm at Stephansplatz. Follow the road via the junction into Mittelweg.

Via highway A1 / A24 from Lübeck and Berlin:
Follow the direction to Jenfeld at the junction Hamburg East and follow through to the Horner round-about, turn right into Sievekingsallee and Bürgerweide (keep right) and turn right into Wallstraße. Keep going straight across the large junction into Sechslingspforte street and keep left along the Alster river to the Dammtor train station. Turn right into Mittelweg in front of the Shell gas station.

Via highway A7 / A23 from Flensburg, Kiel, Itzehoe and Elmshorn:
Use the Stellingen exit toward the centre, approximately 4 km along Kieler Straße and turn left at Eimsbütteler Marktplatz, follow the road for approximately 5 km and turn left into Mittelweg at Dammtor train station behind the Shell gas station.
