Marc Kaiser, born in 1981, is a partner at MSU Executive Search.
Back in February 2006, while studying Business Administration with a focus on human resources and organization, Marc Kaiser began his career at Executive Search’s predecessor, MSU Personal. After successful completion of his studies, he continued his career as a consultant focusing on direct search.
In 2011, Marc Kaiser transitioned to DEININGER Consulting, where he took up the position of partner and was lastly responsible for the recruitment and allocation of top-management personnel. In addition, he also supported the development of alternative recruitment models for professionals with first management experience and those aspiring to take this step.
In 2018, Marc Kaiser returned to today’s MSU Executive Search. Next to his focus on executive search, he also supports medium-sized clients as a certified HOGAN assessment expert in the context of personality assessments and management audits.
