Research analyst (m/f) – full time/part time

The MSU Executive Search GmbH has been successfully present on the market as a personnel consultancy for more than 15 years. Our service particularly focuses on the search and selection of executives for our clients from various economic sectors. Furthermore, we provide services in management diagnostics and personal coaching.

As a research analyst, you support our consultants in the search projects and are responsible for gathering information and evaluating corporate structures. Your area of responsibility lies primarily in the identification of potential candidates on the basis of given job profiles and target company lists by phone. Also, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding our database.

Your profile:

• Communication skills and quick wit, especially on the phone
• Goal-oriented and efficient way of working
• Very good knowledge of German- spoken and written
• Ability to work in team
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programmes.
